James Whitley

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer; Board Member

James is a highly motivated, resourceful visionary with extensive experience in strategic operations, business planning, and corporate management in start-up and established companies. His experience includes successfully building a number of software organizations, start-ups, and executive level management teams. He is a published author in organizational leadership and management, and is a sought-after public speaker, college professor, and business consultant.

James' career including revitalizing operations in a failing vendor, doubling departmental revenue to over $2.5M in under 18 months, and leading the subsequent sale for over $20M at Concentrix.

James describes himself as a "recovering" software engineeri and holds an MBA along with multiple patents.

Mounir Shita

Founder, Chief Innovation Officer; Board Member

With several mobile startups behind him, Mounir is a proven entrepreneurial visionary and industry veteran, experienced at raising money, closing deals and international software sales, and widely recognized as a mobile visionary. Most recently, Mounir was the founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of PayWi Corporation, an innovative social mobile payment company.

Mounir describes himself as a "Mobilesexual" who suffers badly from "Nomophobia", the irrational fear of finding yourself without a cell phone.

Greg Applegate

VP of Business Development

Greg is an accomplished executive level manager with an outstanding record of building and managing sales organizations, distribution channels, and partner alliances. has successfully built sales teams at OrCad, WebTrends, and Digimarc which paved the way for an IPO.

Edwin Voskamp

VP of Engineering

Edwin Voskamp has over twenty years managing software engineering groups. His background includes successfully building software product development, management, support and services organizations, startups, and internal IS and IT departments. Edwin has developed solutions from middleware, used worldwide by Baxter and RJR/Nabisco, Web-based applications for American Express and Allstate Insurance and data warehouse for Texas Instruments.
